Shamrock Mr Oliver "ELITE" 1982 - 2011
At the 6th of April we had to make the hard decision to let go our Pride and Proud the Legendary Shamrock Mr Oliver "ELITE".
Mr Oliver was quitly put to sleep, at the age of 29 years, in his own box. This after a very short illnes time. We had the pleasure to own Mr Oliver for 26 years. A living Legend has become an Legend. In the meantime his last 2 foals are born, Wildzang's Rosebird had a colt foal, Wildzang's Rose last Oliver. And Valeur Dancing Fairy Lustre has a beautifull filly foal, Wildzang's Lustre Mrs Olivia. Mr Oliver will live forever in our mind and hearts, and his offspring will always remain in our Stud and many other section B studs in Holland and the rest of the World. Mr Oliver thanks for all the beautifull moments which you have given to us as a personality, in the Showring and with your Beautifull offspring. Shamrock Mr Oliver went on in 1995 to Win the Famous Show, The Royal Welsh Show. He went Male Champion and at the end of the Day, he went Reserve Overall Supreme Champion section B. This in the capable hands of Mr. Paul Landon of the Linksbury Stud. Some Highlights of the Stud are: Awarded as Dutch Welsh pony breeders of the year 2006. and wins at the National Dutch Shows by: 2005 Wildzang's Royal Diamond (Sarnau Pelydrog out of Wildzang's Rosita), National Champion 3-year old section B. 2006 Wildzang's Golden Mark (Linde Hoeve's Elegant out of Wildzang's Roswita), National Foal Champion section B. 2006 Wildzang's Savanah (Den Bramel's Bucco out of Wildzang's Saffron), National Youngstock Champion section B. 2006 Wildzang's Roswita (Shamrock Mr Oliver out of Hulster's Delaila), National Adult Champion section B. 2007 Valeur Dancing Fairy Lustre (Paddock Riverdance out of Paddock Silver Lustre), National Adult Champion section B. 2008 Valeur Dancing Fairy Lustre (Paddock Riverdance out of Paddock Silver Lustre) , National Adult Champion section B 2008 Valeur Dancing Fairy Lustre (Paddock Riverdance out of Paddock Silver Lustre), Overall Supreme Champion section B. 2009 Wildzang's Golden Mark (Linde Hoeve's Elegant out of Wildzang's Roswita), Champion 3-year old Colts & (Owner: Fam.Verbaas, Stougjeshoeve Stud) Res.Champion section B NWPCS-Stallion Show. 2010 Wildzang's Golden Mark (Linde Hoeve's Elegant out of Wildzang's Roswita), Champion Section B NWPCS-Stallion Show (Owner: Fam.Verbaas, Stougjeshoeve Stud) Our aim is to breed quality Welsh section B ponies with front, Welsh characteristics and good, correct movements. Our ponies are based on Solway Master Bronze and Kirby Cane bloodlines crossed with Downland and Weston breeding for a tremendous front. |
